I had quite a problem with my GPS attached to my windshield. It was distracting and I felt like it was obstructing my view. I ended up with it on my lap where it kept losing the signal. I thought it was a problem with the GPS. A friend recommended the NAV-Mat and I love it!! It doesn't slide around on the dash. It is low enough that it is not in your sight line. The Bracketron UFM-100-BX serves its purpose. For the most part it holds my Garmin C340, which is a bulky GPS and topples easily. If the suction cup gives way, the unit will tumble. Fortunately the few times is has, I was a passenger in the car and could catch it before it landed on the floor. That's very disconcerting if you are the driver. Other than that, I am pleased with the purchase. Therefore, the 4 stars. -- Dash holder for GPS
